Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the hubbub app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Time For Ventures (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

Intellectual Property

You are not permitted to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, and you should not try to translate the Application into other languages or make derivative versions. The Application itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the Service Provider.

Changes to the Application

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, they reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for their services, at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider will never charge you for the Application or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

Data and Security

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Application secure. The Service Provider recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may cause the Application to not function correctly.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions. Below are links to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers used by the Application:

Internet Connectivity

Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the Application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's terms still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the Application, or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming.

Device Responsibility

If the device on which you are using the Application is not yours, please ensure you have obtained permission from the device owner. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for your use of the Application in a way that is not in accordance with the device owner's wishes.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may wish to update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the Application to). These requirements may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device.

You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to stop providing the Application and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless they tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Application and, if needed, delete it from your device.

User Content

By submitting content to the Application (including but not limited to profile photos and profile information), you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Application and related services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider provides the Application on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service Provider makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Application. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

The Application provides information from third-party sources including weather data and transit schedules. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. You acknowledge that decisions made based on information displayed in the Application are your own responsibility.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
